  • the only reasons i can think of how you found a music disc in your mob grinder is either a skeleton shot and killed a creeper or a zombie died of fall damage while randomly spawning with a music disc in its hand. (idk if its 100% of the time but i do know that if you get a skeleton to kill a creeper it will drop a music disc)
